Booking Process

We've simplified the booking process to make it easy for you to embark on your adventure. Simply visit our website, choose your desired trek, and follow the user-friendly booking interface. For a personalized experience, you can contact our dedicated team, who will assist you in planning your journey.

Payment Policy

To secure your spot on one of our treks, a 20% deposit is required when booking. The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your trip, please contact us as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges apply:

• 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus the deposit.
• Between 15 and 30 days before the start of the trip: 50% of the tour cost.
• Less than 15 days before the start of the trip: No refund will be given.

In rare cases, we may have to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will provide you with alternative options or a full refund.

Health and Fitness

The Himalayas present a challenging environment, and your safety is our top priority. We recommend a thorough health check-up before embarking on a trek with us. Our expert guides and staff are trained to handle medical emergencies, but it's crucial that you're in good physical condition for your own well-being.

Trekking in the Himalayas involves respecting the environment, local cultures, and fellow trekkers. We take pride in our 'Leave No Trace' philosophy, emphasizing responsible trekking practices and a commitment to preserving the pristine beauty of these mountains for future generations.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants have comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trekking and mountaineering activities. In the unlikely event of an emergency, insurance provides financial protection for you and your loved ones.

Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We collect and store your personal information securely and only for the purpose of your trek. Rest assured that we adhere to all privacy laws and regulations.

Cutting Your Trip Short

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the need to cut your trip short. Zenith Trek & Expedition Team has guidelines in place to address such situations.

If you must depart from the trip earlier than planned due to personal reasons, illness, or other emergencies, please inform your guide and the Zenith Treks & Expedition Team as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for the portion of the trip you missed. Any additional costs incurred for transportation, accommodation, or meals due to your early departure will be your responsibility.

In cases of medical emergencies where evacuation is required, we will coordinate the necessary rescue efforts. However, you are responsible for any expenses associated with medical evacuation, including helicopter rescue if necessary. It is vital to ensure your travel insurance covers such situations.
