Manaslu Circuit Trek Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, you can rest or explore the vibrant streets, temples, and cultural heritage sites of Kathmandu. In the evening, you will attend a detailed trek briefing where your guide will explain the itinerary, safety procedures, and preparation. You may also explore local markets and experience authentic Nepali culture. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 2: Kathmandu to Soti Khola (Drive)
Today you begin your journey with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola. The route passes through beautiful countryside with rivers, terraced fields, green hills, and traditional villages. You will experience rural Nepal and observe local lifestyles along the way. The drive offers stunning views and gradually takes you closer to the Manaslu region. Day 3: Soti Khola to Machha Khola
The trek begins as you follow the trail along the Budhi Gandaki River. You will pass through subtropical forests, waterfalls, suspension bridges, and small villages. Day 6: Deng to Namrung

Day 7: Namrung to Samagaon

Day 8: Acclimatization Day in Samagaon

Day 9: Samagaon to Samdo

Day 10: Samdo to Larkya La Pass to Bimthang
Today is the most challenging and rewarding day of the trek. You will start early and ascend to Larkya La Pass, one of the highest points of the trek. Day 11: Bimthang to Dharapani
The trail descends through alpine meadows, forests, and beautiful valleys. You will pass rivers, waterfalls, and traditional villages. Day 12: Dharapani to Jagat
Today you continue descending through forests, farms, and villages. The trail offers scenic views of rivers and hills. You will experience changes in landscape and climate as you descend further. Day 13: Jagat to Soti Khola – Drive to Kathmandu
You will descend to Soti Khola, completing the trekking portion of the journey. From there, drive back to Kathmandu through scenic countryside. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and relax after the long adventure. You may explore the city, enjoy local food, or shop for souvenirs. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 14: Final Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure. This marks the end of your incredible Manaslu Circuit journey.
